As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
You’ll learn to read drawings, work as part of a skilled team, and contribute to delivering high‑quality reinforced concrete structures across J Coffey projects.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend one day each week at college completing your formal training. This gives you the technical knowledge and qualifications you need, while the rest of your week is spent gaining real, hands‑on experience on J Coffey project.
