We are looking for a bright, hardworking and enthusiastic person to assist our hire desk team in delivering a first class service to our customers. In return we will teach you everything you need to know to start your career with with a business who puts its people first.

Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm.
40.0 hours a week

Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
You will receive full training in all areas of your job role.
Duties will include:
- Assist the hire desk team with processing customer enquiries and converting enquiries into hire orders
- Receive and process equipment hire requests and collection requests
- Support the planning and scheduling of transport for equipment, deliveries and collections
- Help coordinate internal and external haulage providers to ensure efficient equipment movement
- Prepare and issue hire quotations for customers under the guidance of experienced team members
- Maintain accurate records and complete hire desk administration tasks
- Assist with processing damage reports and gathering information relating to damaged equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding hires, collections, quotes and queries
- Develop your knowledge of MGF products, equipment, transport and planning and customer service processes
Where you'll work
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
