As an apprentice, you will learn all aspects of roofing including slating, tiling, felt and battening, roof repairs, lead work and solar panel installation. You will gain hands-on experience using tools including disc cutters and nail guns while working alongside experienced roofers on new builds and commercial projects.

Your usual hours are 8:00am–4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Hours may be set by your mentor and could vary, including occasional earlier starts or later finishes.

We are looking for an apprentice to work with our experienced roofer based in Bideford, there will be requirements for you to travel all over North Devon to work. A meeting point will be arranged, and you will travel to work with the experienced roofer.
