Summary

As a J Coffey apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards an industry-recognised qualification. Apprenticeships are available across a range of disciplines, including trade roles, technical pathways, and business support functions.

Work

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Support day-to-day tasks within your team or trade area.  
  • Learn and apply safe working practices at all times.  
  • Participate in training, assessments, and on-the-job learning.  
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, and site teams.  
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to J Coffey values.
