We are recruiting a Technical Apprentice to join our growing team.
You will work alongside our experienced estimators and project managers, gaining practical experience across both disciplines. Over time, the role is designed to develop into a hybrid technical position.
Training course: Building services engineering technician 2022 (level 3)
Hours Office Based Monday to Friday shifts 9am - 5pm. 36.5 hours a week
Possible start date: Saturday 01 August 2026

Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
As a Technical Apprentice, you will support the commercial and project delivery teams on live projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with estimating tasks, including take-offs, enquiries, and tender preparation
Supporting procurement activities and coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors
Organising and maintaining project documentation and technical records
Assisting with risk assessments, method statements, and handover documentation
Providing general technical and administrative support to estimators and project managers
Where you'll work
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
