Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Bench Joiner to join our workshop team. This apprenticeship role provides hands-on experience in the manufacture and assembly of architectural joinery products while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Hours Monday-Thursday 6.30am - 4.45pm, 4-day working week. Please note that due to working week, applicant who is 16-18 years old the working hours will differ to those advertised. The working week will be 30-hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7 am - 4pm. 35.25 hours a week

Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the manufacture and assembly of timber joinery products
Learn to operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
Read and interpret drawings, cutting lists, and setting out details
Prepare materials and components for production
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Support experienced joiners with routine workshop tasks
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Store tools, materials, and equipment correctly after use
Work to quality standards and production deadlines
Where you'll work
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
