Training

Your training plan
You will achieve an Institute of Civil Engineers accredited BEng or BSc (Hons) Civil Engineer qualification. You’ll study using Coventry University’s modern learning environment, and supported by our highly experienced tutors. You will have access to our comprehensive library and other fantastic student support services.
Upon completion of the degree you will undertake the ICE Assessment of Professional Competence leading to registration with the ICE as an Incorporated Engineer.

Our clients include Barratt Homes, Cala Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Bovis Homes and Keepmoat, to name a few. The recent government proposals to dramatically increase house building means we need to further expand and train up new Civil Engineers
After this apprenticeship
Once qualified, you will work towards becoming a Chartered Civil Engineer. You can look forward to developing into a Senior Engineer role, specialising in Residential and Highway design.
