WINVIC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED - Apprentice Site Supervisor

Summary

We are currently recruiting in the Bristol area for an apprentice site supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and health & safety of works being carried out, liasing in with the subcontracted work force whilst working alongside a site team of supervisors, managers and engineers.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 7.30am start. May include working into an evening or at a weekend, depending on project needs.
42.5 hours a week

Possible start date: Monday 07 September 2026

Work

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Input to the site Health, Safety & Wellbeing
  • Quality assurance checks
  • Supervision of subcontractor works
  • Planning and coordinating works

Training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade 5)
  • Maths (grade 5)

Desirable qualifications

T Level in:

  • Design, Surveying and Planning (grade Pass)
