Summary
As a painting and decorating apprentice, you’ll be learning from your team of expert colleagues, attending college training, and the chance to practice what you have learned on the job. You’ll also get to spend time in our Training Academy under the guidance of expert tutors.
Hours Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week. Exact shifts to be confirmed. 39.0 hours a week

Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to be trained in all aspects of painting and decorating. You will be working in varied environments, trained to work at height and in all weather conditions. We work at a variety of different sites including hotels, schools, football stadia, cricket grounds and shopping centres. There will be times when you’ll be working away from home, or visiting our Training Academy in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity with lots of reward for the right person.
You will attend college for the duration of your apprenticeship, this could be one week a month or one day a week. Alongside this will be gaining practical experience on-site. You will also attend our Doncaster training academy for 2 weeks in Year 1 and then 1 week in Year 2 & 3.
As you progress through your course you will be given more responsibility. Many of our apprentices go on to be supervisors and Contracts Managers. If you are successful in the role, we will encourage you to progress further within our business.

GCSE in:
Maths and English (grade 4)

After this apprenticeship
