Summary
We are after a keen individual to join our team as an apprentice builder, this will involve working within multiple disaplines of the industry, works are normally in domestic properties across the West Midlands.
Training course: Property maintenance operative (level 2)
Hours 4 days a week working with Hogar Construction and 1 day a week at college. Shifts to be confirmed. 40.0 hours a week

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
We are seeking a keen, motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice builder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
Our projects are primarily based in domestic properties throughout the West Midlands, giving you exposure to a wide range of residential building works and renovation projects.
As an apprentices builder, you will:
Assist experienced tradespeople across various areas of construction
Gain practical experience in multiple disciplines within the building industry
Support domestic renovation and improvement projects
Prepare and maintain tools, equipment and work areas
Follow Health & Safety procedures
Learn to interpret basic drawing and instructions
Develop practical skills through on the job training
The role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, and looking to build a long term career in the construction industry.

Where you'll work
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
