Summary
A Construction Trainee role starting Sept 2026 at Vistry, supporting safe and successful project delivery across quality, budget, programme, design and customer service. You’ll learn site operations, follow company procedures, gain hands‑on experience, and work toward a Level 4 apprenticeship.
Training course: Construction site supervisor (level 4)
Hours Monday to Friday shift pattern between 8.30am - 5.00pm. The site location for this Construction Trainee is anticipated to be in Windsor *please note that due to the nature of the role, site locations are subject to change. 37.5 hours a week

Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Monitor health and safety standards on construction projects
Record, oversee and report progress on construction projects
Supervise specialist contractors
Manage the quality of works
Support commercial staff to monitor construction costs
Minimise the environmental impact of construction projects

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
