The Level 2 Project Maintenance Operative apprenticeship develops skills in property and site maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering and health & safety.

Apprentices support refurbishment and repair projects, working alongside experienced trades to maintain buildings and facilities safely and efficiently.

Gain hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting and repairs while earning a wage.

Property Maintenance Operative Level 2.

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice. The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training. On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.

GCSE in:

Desirable qualifications

Other in:

  • CSCS (grade PASS)
