As an Apprentice Bricklayer at Habens, you will have the opportunity to learn the essential skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified bricklayer.
You will work under the supervision of experienced bricklayers and receive on-the-job training to develop your bricklaying techniques. Your duties will include mixing mortar, laying bricks, blocks, or stones, and applying pointing and finishing techniques.
In addition to hands-on training, you will also attend classroom-based instruction to learn about building regulations, safety regulations, and construction techniques. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, you will be qualified to work independently as a bricklayer.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is necessary, but a keen interest in the construction industry is essential.
