Job Title: Apprentice Construction Administration

DM Habens is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Construction Administration. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in the construction industry while working towards a qualification in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the construction team
- Assisting with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
- Managing and updating construction project schedules
- Assisting with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Communicating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with risk assessments and health and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
- A keen interest in the construction industry
