DM Habens is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Construction Site Manager at our Head Office location.
As an Apprentice Construction Site Manager, you will work closely with experienced site managers to learn the ins and outs of managing construction projects from start to finish. You will assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include shadowing and supporting site managers in day-to-day project management tasks, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing resources, solving problems, and communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong interest in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. A relevant construction-related qualification or previous experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
