Summary

At Curo, we’re proud to be one of the largest landlords in the South West, providing quality homes and services to our communities. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Electrical Apprentice to join our skilled Property Maintenance Services team.

Annual wage: £18,932 a year

Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll learn directly from experienced electricians while gaining your formal qualifications. You’ll be involved in:

  • Assisting with electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs in Curo homes
  • Diagnosing faults and learning safe, effective repair techniques
  • Working on real projects that improve the lives of our customers
  • Developing your knowledge of wiring systems, safety standards, compliance, and best practice
  • Keeping accurate records, using digital work systems, and following health & safety procedures

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • Maths (grade 4/C above)
