Training course: Installation and maintenance electrician (level 3)
Hours Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm 40.0 hours a week
Possible start date: Thursday 22 January 2026
Duration: 4 Years 6 Months

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll learn directly from experienced electricians while gaining your formal qualifications. You’ll be involved in:
Assisting with electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs in Curo homes
Diagnosing faults and learning safe, effective repair techniques
Working on real projects that improve the lives of our customers
Developing your knowledge of wiring systems, safety standards, compliance, and best practice
Keeping accurate records, using digital work systems, and following health & safety procedures
