Other requirements Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable with occasional travel to different sites across the region. Able to work safely around live traffic environments (full training provided). Must hold, or be willing to work towards, a full UK driving licence (essential for progression into a contract management role). Commitment to balancing workplace duties with university study over a 4–6 year period. May be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check depending on the nature of projects (e.g. school or local authority contracts).
