At Thompson's Refurbishments, we have an exciting opportunity for someone who is practical, eager to learn and wants to build a career in the construction industry.
Hours Monday - Friday (8.00am - 4.00pm), 30 mins lunch break. 37.5 hours a week

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Assisting with the preparation + laying of bricks, blocks and mortar
Learning how to interpret construction drawings and plans
Supporting the team with setting out, mixing materials and general site duties
Gaining experience on restoration and refurbishment projects, including period properties
Following health and safety guidance at all times
Learning how to use tools and equiment, safely and effectively
