EN:Able Futures, a multi-award-winning Apprenticeship Agency are partnering with Huber Parking to look for a Level 3 Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to join their busy team. Working on the Calderdale Royal Hospital site, you will learn everything to get you through your nationally recognised qualification.
Training course: Construction support technician (level 3)
Hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. 40.0 hours a week
Possible start date: Monday 15 September 2025

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As an Apprentice Construction Assistant Site Manager you will learn skills and knowledge in:-
Supervision of specialist contractors
The control of health and safety standards on construction projects
Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
Control of quality of works on a construction project
Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project
Personnel management, engagement and coordination

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

The successful applicant will work towards a Level 3 Construction Support Technician Qualification, which will take 24 months plus 6 EPA (End Point Assessment) and will be delivered by Leeds College of Building on a Day Release basis.
