This role is based within a civil engineering consultancy. The civil engineering technician will be involved in the design of new roads for developments and assessment of the transport and flooding implication for new developments.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
This role is within a successful Civil Engineering consultancy. As the Civil Engineering Technician Apprentice you will be:
Working on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects
Will be responsible for assisting in the production of highways, drainage designs, transport assessments, flood risk assessments
You will be responsible for preparing designs using computer aided drafting CAD and other software

This is an office based position and the starting salary for this role will be between £17,000- £20,000.
