Summary
We’re seeking candidates with a keen eye for detail, an interest in construction and design, and a desire to work on real-world building projects. You will participate in building surveys, analyse building designs and assess structural integrity and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards.
Hours Monday to Friday Hours to be agreed 37.0 hours a week

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Undertake the Building Surveying Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship and any other relevant training in order to provide support to the Property Services Team
Assisting with Surveys: Participating in building surveys, gathering data, and creating reports
Analysing building designs, assessing structural integrity, and identifying potential issues
Project Management: Helping with project planning, cost estimation, and managing schedules
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements
Creating detailed reports, drawings, and other documentation related to building surveys and projects
Conducting site inspections, observing construction processes, and ensuring quality control

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
