The successful candidate will be given a full training programme and introduction into all the roles required within a road surfacing gang. Initially, learning the basics of working within a gang using hand tools and then progressing on to learning various tasks associated with working safely and to the highest quality standards.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
