Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor apprentice, to assist the site manager with daily tasks.
Training course: Construction site supervisor (level 4)
Hours To be confirmed during the interview stage. 30.0 hours a week
Possible start date: Monday 15 September 2025
Duration: 3 Years 6 Months

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Assist the site manager with daily tasks
Promote the safe working cultures and practices (toolbox talks)
Assist with daily paperwork
Assist with ensuring efficient and effective delivery of service and information to produce, as far as practicable, a safe construction site environment
Supporting the team in delivering the build of the project

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
Maths & English (grade Grades 4-9 (A*- C))

Other requirements
Outdoor work, heavy lifting. Work sites are in London – local transport would be best. On the rare occasion site supervisor might have weekend/evening works.
