Summary

We are currently looking for new apprentice electricians to join our team. You will assist in the installation, servicing, fault diagnosis and maintenance of clean and dirty water systems. If you are looking to advance your career further into the electrical field, gain experience and learn on the job, this could be for you.

Hours
A typical working week is outlined below: Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 16:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Friday - 8:00am - 15:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. There may be weekend and overtime works on occasion.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Qualification to be gained - Level 3 Installation & Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship Standard which also includes the AM2.

Training will be completed via day release at City College Norwich as well as on the job training to be completed as part of the apprenticeship with Panks Engineers LTD.

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • Maths and English (grade 5 and above)

Desirable qualifications

NVQ or SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in:

  • Electrics (grade Level 2)
